1. Online Courses (Digital Access): • No refunds will be given once course content has been accessed or downloaded. • If you purchased the course by mistake and haven’t started it, contact us within 24 hours.
2. In-Person Masterclasses: • 100% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled event. • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the event. • No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the event.
3. Klarna Payment Plans: • If a course was paid using Klarna, refunds apply only to completed payments. • Any future installments will be canceled if a refund is approved. • All Klarna-related refunds are subject to Klarna and Stripe’s refund terms.
4. Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in special cases (e.g. illness or emergencies) and will be reviewed individually.
